Sequotech SA (hereinafter referred to as "we") is a company incorporated under Swiss law whose purpose is to hold and manage its interests in the companies of the Sequotech group, and to provide legal and economic management of said companies, which include: dbi services sa (CHE-115.853.816), UDITIS SA (CHE-105.513.566), exxo it-services ag (CHE-115.245.574) avency GmbH (Amtsgericht Münster, HRB 8642), ALTERN8 SA (CH-217-1000611-1).
As such, we attach particular importance to the protection of the personal data of our website visitors and undertake to maintain the confidentiality of the data collected. This privacy statement (hereinafter referred to as the "Statement") applies to the personal data we process when you use the Sequotech website (www.sequotech.com) (hereinafter referred to as the “Site"). It describes the categories of personal data we collect and how we process such data.

International transfers
With the exception of data processed by Google Analytics in the USA, we process and host your personal data in Switzerland or within the European Economic Area (EEA) (see: Appendix 1 to the Privacy Statement below).
Should we need to use a foreign service provider located in a country that does not have an adequate level of data protection according to the competent data protection authorities, we will adopt the additional measures required by law before any communication of your data abroad, such as signing standard contractual data protection clauses.
